1Overview
Due to the nature of our business, which primarily involves custom software development, digital platforms, and consulting services, our refund and return policies differ from traditional physical product retailers.
2Digital Services & Consulting
Refunds for digital services are generally not provided once the work has started, as the value is in the time and expertise delivered. If a project is canceled before work begins, we offer a full refund of any deposit paid, minus applicable fees.
3Milestone Payments
Many projects are billed on a milestone basis. Once a milestone is delivered and approved by the client, the payment is non-refundable. If unsatisfied with a milestone, notify us within 7 days to address concerns.
4Software Subscriptions
If using our subscription-based products, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for remaining days.
